Hi,

sorry if this is the wrong group. Let me know a better one if my
question doesn't apply here.

I have an Access db that runs locally on my computer. It does a bunch
of stuff that's not relevent to this question.

I also have an Access db sitting on my website (hosted by a 3rd party).

What I would like to do is update the web db with data that my local db
gathers. It's going to be a very simple update. 1 record at a time,
with a few fields.

At first I was thinking of making a simple POST to an asp page, but
then I found out about this ADO URL recordset, based on XML. I'm a
newbie web programmer, so I'd like to use the easiest method possible.
A *cool* technology solution would be nice too, but I just want the
thing to work for starters, then I can get fancy later.

Suggestions? samples? flames? lol

thx
