I have a situtation where Runtime installs (configures itself) prior to the
students gaining access to the database for entry. This can sometimes take
20 seconds or more to install and I believe it has something to do with the
fact that I have it in theGroup Policy \User
Configuration and Computer Configuration \Software installation Properties
as Assign. It appears to remain installed as long as the computer is not
shutdown.

What is best practice for utilizing an Access database in an environment
that requires Runtime?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
