I have a Dell Insp. 3500 lap-top (Windows 98/SE) still works great -
except.....

I need to run WINIPCFG and RESET ALL each time I boot up the PC to get a
connection to my Wireless Access Point- it is not a big deal, but I think
it should do it automatically. Once in a while it will connect at boot
up....

Netgear tech support said " Windows 98 at times forgets the IP setting" -
might be....

I use a WG-511 v2 PC Card and it works.... once I do the RESET ALL in the
winipcfg window for the netgear card - it works till I fire up the next
time.

Is there something I forgot to do ?
