MS Access Multiuser - Open Report action was canceled

Open Report action was canceled

This message box appears for a form that will not open on an individual
user's application but opens on all other workstations of all other users.
It doesn't appear to be a local machine issue because I can logon as myself
and it runs OK. I made her admin of her machine, but I get the same error.
All Office updates were installed, but the form still produces the same
message box and will not open. I made her Owner on SQL security with access
to the tempdb. What else could possibly be the problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
