From Office 2000 to Office 2003

| We currently have 2 database created with Access 2000. The databases are set
up on 1 sharedrive or network drive. We will be converting to Office 2003.
Will there be a problem? Management does not want everyone to have the
database on their workstation(no Fe or BE) What can I do to prevent any
problems. Are there major difference between Access 2000 vs 2003?

2003 still uses the 2000 file format by default so you should not have any
problems.

Each user needs their own copy of the FE. This can reside on
individual users folders on the server but that likely won't be as
network efficient as putting them on their own workstation.
Otherwise they are at a substantial risk of corrupting the shared FE
and other oddities.
