I set up the Access but not the Windows 2003 server. Also, we only use 1
single Windows 2003 T.S., not a cluster.

AFAIK, it is a "standard" set-up for Windows 2003 T.S. and the network
people simply configure the user account (in Active Directory - Computers &
Users) the T.S. users to open Access with my particulardatabase application.
