Citrix and Snapshot Viewer
|
|
|
| We have a multi-user application that we are currently testing on Citrix. We
are having a problem with the Snapshot viewer. We can export data to a .snp
file. However when the report is opened via the Citrix session, no data
shows on the report. If that same report is copied to the local pc and
opened with the local copy of the viewer, the data shows. Is the Snapshot
viewer not compatible with Citrix? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
for the help.

| Your printers aren't set up correctly on Citrix.
Snapshots don't work correctly unless there is a default printer.

| I was definite about that because I tested it before
posting. But now I find that the snapshot I was testing
with was corrupt anyway! I'm not nearly so convinced
now.
If checking your printer setup doesn't help, you may
wish to re-post.
sorry
