Hi,
is it possible to copy an Import/Export Specification from one database to
another?

Julia,

Yes, it is.

Open the target .mdb and go File > Get External Data > Import;
Select the .mdb containing the specs;
In the Import Objects wizard, click on Options>>;
Check Import/Export Specs;
Click OK.
