| Split the application into a front-end (containing the queries, forms,
reports, macros and modules) and a back-end (containing only the tables).
Put the back-end somewhere where all the users can get to it. Make sure all
of them have Change access (Read, Write, eXecute and Delete) to that folder.
Link the front-end to the back-end using a UNC
(\\server\share\fold
er\file.mdb). If you're linking through the Linked Table
Manager, find the database through the Network Neighborhood, rather than
through an already-mapped drive.
Give each user their own copy of the front-end.

No, but it works for everyone on the network without having to make sure they
all have the share set up as the same mapped drive letter.
