Author Snapshot Viewer and Citrix

We have a multi-user application that we are currently testing on Citrix. We
are having a problem with the Snapshot viewer. We can export data to a .snp
file. However when the report is opened via the Citrix session, no data
shows on the report. If that same report is copied to the local pc and
opened with the local copy of the viewer, the data shows.

We have a default printer setup on the Citrix box. Is the Snapshot
viewer not compatible with Citrix? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
for the help.

Can you remote desktop into the server (without Citrix) and run the app with the
same symptom? It is more likely a printer driver issue than a Citrix issue.

I opened the snapshot file on the server without going thru Citrix and had
the same result. Is there a specific printer driver I should be using? Also
the OS is Windows 2003. Not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks for
your help.

Most any driver "should" work, but having one that doesn't is not unheard of.
It's also possible that your current driver install is corrupted. In that case
re-installing it might solve the problem.

Can you print other file types like DOC or TXT on the server?
