Print Error from just One PC

Hi Everyone,

We have an access database at work that was created in Access 2.0 and
upgraded twice so now it is in Access 2000. It has been working well for a
long time. We have Windows 2000 server, and Novel. The file is located on
a shared drive and many users access the file. Just recently one PC won't
print a report from a command button while the other PC's will. The IS
department is working on the problem but they just seem to be re-installing
Access 2000. The SP-3 is installed on her computer and I assume on the
others too. Now they are thinking it may be in the printer driver. I have
been looking through the KB articles but nothing is too understandable to
me.

Here is the error.
Undefined function "left" in expression

What do you suggest for troubleshooting.
