My work has created a large beast, also known as a mult-user Access
database that is the front end to a SQL backend. I don't know how the
monster came to be, but it's there.

Here is the Access reporting issue I am having in a scenario:

User A is on a computer and is in a different Department A. User A
wants to print a report with information about a specific employee and
their benefits. The employee detail information is contained in the
main report and the benefit information for that employee is displayed
in a sub form.

User B is in Department B. User B wants to print the same report with a
different Employee.

Both User A and User B have the same report with different employees in
preview right now.

User A goes and prints the report and gets the correct employee
information, but gets User B's benefit information.

Does the problem lie with the Sub Report or the fact that the sub
report may not be bound to the main report.

Why can I do to ensure the accuracy of the sub report by avoiding user
conflicts?
