I need to create a new multiuser database for our company.

We need to share it with people who don't have access. (No more than 10
people)

Should I upgrade to Access 2003 (got 2000)?

or invest in either SQL Express / Visual Basic or Frontpage to create
the front end for the database?

Mattndeana,

On the basis of what you have told us so far, there seems to be no
reason at all to use anything except Access. In fact, Access is
probably the best tool for the job.

If you have the Developer edition, you can distribute the frontend
application with the Access Runtime, for users who don't have full
Access installed.
