Hi,
can anyone give me some samples where can I find any sample to create a
db multi-user?

Hi,
any access DB is multi-user. you can just place your database on a shared
folder and let other users open it. But better idea is to split database
into application and data - two files. Here some info about it:

Can I use a web interface that users can use to interconnect to the
database?

no, Access can work only with LAN, or perhaps VPN, but connection should be
fast
