Author Forms fail to import during SourceSafe CreateDatabase

I'm trying to put an existing FE MDB under SourceSafe Control using Access
2003 and SourceSafe 6.0 Add-In.

I can add the database, check objects out, make changes, and check back in.
Everything appears to be OK. But when I execute the CreateDatabase from
SourceSafe Function I receive an error Failed to Import (form object) for
every form in my database. Everything else (Tables, Modules, Queries)
appear to be OK.

Please help.
Thank You.

The solution was to make sure the Default File Format in the Avanced Tab
under Tools/Options is 2002-2003 before executing the CreateDatabase from
SourceSafe Command.
