Author Complex scenario migration

I have a customer with a production environment like this:

Machine1
32 bits
Windows 2000
SQL Server 2000, with a high complex configuration of security, replication
and DTSs
-- all databases stored in a SAN
Visual Fox Pro applications

They expect to get the next environment

Machine2
64 bits
Windows 2003
SQL Server 2005, with the same services provides by its prior configuration
-- all databases stored in a SAN
Visual Fox Pro applications

I have been asked to make the migration.
I have a few questions:

- The replication scheme suffer any change with the migration process
- Will they need to compile again the applications to make them work on
64bits?
- Is there any special consideration to make in this kind of process?

Thanks in advanced for you help.
