Author connecting to filemaker pro 7 using access and odbc?

I am trying to connect to a filemaker pro 7 database using microsoft access
and odbc and cannot get it to work....
Can anyone help in getting this to work..PLEASE?

I've done a little work with FM7 and a lot of work with ACCESS, though I
haven't actually tried to connect one to the other (seem to recall that FM
claims it can be done?). Which driver are you using? What have you tried so
far?

What's the point of trying to connect the two anyways, since FP is as SQL
unfriendly as it gets?

It's a way to import the data into Access.

I had to do that with a Notes database, since they're just as SQL
unfriendly.
