Thanks for the reply. The issue is that the field don't align correctly. I
need to add fields so that they will work correctly. For example: one of the
fields is bedrooms and the other is bathrooms - what field would I apply
those fields to. I have to find a way to add fields to the import manager
map program.

You have not given much information on your problem but it seems like one
file has check boxes or some such fields to indicate type of room and the
other has a single fields to list the type of room.

If this is true then if it is check box to room type field then use nested
Iif statements.

If it is room type to check boxes then again use Iif statement.
