Author Update contact list in exchange public folder

I want to write an Access VBA program that will delete all of the contacts
from an exchange public folder and then re-create them based on a SQL Server
table. There are plenty of code samples to show me how to interact with the
local .pst contact list. How do I go about interacting with a public folder
contact list?
