Author I can't get SourceSafe to remember my project has a .DBC file!

Greetings!

My project includes a .dbc file. Since the database contains only
static metadata, it makes sense to embed it into my executable. I am
trying to add the .dbc file to my project. After adding it, I make
sure it is not marked to be excluded from the executable. Under
Project / Source Control, I select Update Project List, which is the
only way I know of to get FoxPro to update the project inside
SourceSafe. But then I go into SourceSafe, view the project file using
SourceSafe's editor, and the .dbc file is not there! And if I rejoin
the source control project, my database is no longer part of the
project!

How can I get SourceSafe to remember that my project has a .dbc file in
it?

Thanks very much!

Rob Richardson
