FoxPro Setup - Some Builders are gone

Some Builders are gone

Greetings,

In VFP 9 (same machine on which I have 7 and 8), these builders don't show
up when I run builder.app:

CursorAdapter Builder
DataEnvironment Builder
MemberData Editor

Likewise, when I right-click (for example) a dataenvironment class and then
click on Builder, I get:

"There are no registered builders of this type."

in a message box.

When I run DEBuilder.app, it tells me that

"The CursorAdapter and DataEnvironment builders have been installed."

But they still don't work. Can anyone help me get this working?
