Adding new network printer
|
|

| First time poster here but I've found a lot of helpful information here,
kudos to everyone who has contributed.
Situation:
140 computers
300 users who almost never sit at the same computer
1 new network printer
My question:
How can I add the new network printer to all of the computers, so that all
of the existing user profiles on the computer will have access to the printer
the next time they logon to the computer? I don't want to delete any user
profiles from the computer. Better yet, if I logon to one of the computers
as an admin, how do I add the network printer to all of the existing user
profiles on that computer?
Limitations:
No access to group policies
Do not want to setup logon scripts for clients when they logon.
Thanks,
