I currently have a program that is written in Foxpro 6. I would like to move
up to Foxpro 8. I created a setup program using Installshield Express. If I
run the install program on a computer that ran the install program for Foxpro
6 will the Foxpro 8 setup program override any programs or settings that the
Foxpro 6 program would use? Will I be able to run either of programs or will
the Foxpro 6 program not work?

Thanks,

Mark

the runtime files themselves are different filenames.
as long as you dont install your v8 application over your v6 application
you will not have a problem.

The only thing that will change is the file associations. DBF/etc. files
will default to the newer version.

The exes will still find their own runtime.
