Is Refox XI out yet?

| Does anyone know the status of Refox XI? According to Hallogram, it is still
in Beta. But there is some non-US website having Refox XI.

According to Xitech's web site (they make ReFox), X is the current version.

Thanks for the reply. I have already checked Xitech's website before I
posted this. I have also called Hallogram and it says XI is still in beta.
The funny thing is that there is a website showing Refox XI:
http://web.telecom.cz/refox/index-en.html
I thought that site is not legitmate one but then I find this:

The reason for which Hallogram deos not sell
this version yet is another story ...
