i would like to use the MSSOAPT3.exe to check the SOAP message sent to a
..NET webservice.
Does anyone out there know how to do this?

have you looked at Rick Strahl's articles on http://www.west-wind.com ?
On the search-page i searched for "soap", and it returned more than 300
hits. Maybe some of them are usefull.
