How to change icon from fox to my own in windows explorer

| I want to changed the icon for the exe built in VFP displayed in Windows
Explorer.
Can anybody give a lead?

Open the Project. From the Project menu item select 'Project Info'.
Click on the Project tab. Check "Attach icon" and use the Icon button
to select the icon.

It does, but in Vfp6 the icon resolution is limited to 16x16 pixels
and 16 colors only. (There can be a second image included with 32x32
pixels in the same .ico file, 16 colors only, too.)
