Docked Forms AlwaysOnTop in VFP IDE

| Is there a way to not have docked forms always on top, in the IDE?
I would really like to dock a couple of the forms (ie. properties window,
data sessions window...) together with the tabs, but they are always on top
of other windows. I just like to have the most real estate available for the
code windows and it doesn't make too much sense to have the properties
window/data session window open while editing code.
I understand that the forms need to be on top when docked the sides of the
IDE, but when they are just docked together and free floating, why do they
need to be on top all the time?

| This behavior is "by design" and cannot be changed.

| Ok, well I think that that is a slight design flaw, but regardless of what I
think, is there any way to reference the overall form/container when you dock
two forms? i.e. when you dock two forms together, you get a third "overall"
form which those now become a part of. Can I bind to any events of that form
so that I can perhaps resize the docked group when it deactivates/activates?
Any ideas?
