can any boxy tell what actually it means? am unable to understand what is
given in help

"Rollover" is all about how 2-digit year user input will be interpreted -
e.g. with Rollover 90, typing "89" will mean 2089 while "90" will be 1990.

For example, in the comamnd window try
SET DATE AMERICAN
SET CENTURY on
SET CENTURY TO 19 ROLLOVER 90
? CTOD('05/01/90')
? CTOD('05/01/89')
