Following the recent service inestabilities affecting the Oracle
cerndb1/accdb/remedy/edmsdb databases, we have just received a temporary
patch that fixes the problem (actual bug identified just last Monday and
confirmed after today's crash analysis). The patch will replace a
single core component of the cluster software (and this unfortunately
forces us to stop the whole cluster).

The services cerndb1/edmsdb/accdb/remedy will be closed down at 18:00
during 45minutes.

In principle, the patch installation itself is a matter of 2-4 minutes.
The rest of the time will be spent on closing down (and starting up)
orderly the different services running on the cluster (so the services
may be available earlier..).
