Microsoft Distributed Blank CDs for Sqlserver 2005 and MSDN Library at Launch??The SQL SERver 2005 Standard Edidtion install CD and the MSDN CD distributed at the SQLServer Launch in Chicago are blank. Has anyone else had this problem and or requested replacements? If so, how. thanks much Mo
