What is COLLATION Compatibility_52_409_30003

hello,

i have upgraded from sql 7 to msde 2000 now to sql express 2005.
all of my databases are  Compatibility_52_409
_30003 except
my server collation is:

 SQL_Latin1_General_C
P1_CI_AS

all of my databases upon query are reporting  Compatibility_52_409
_30003

i cannot use certain tools because when i do they give me an error of the
conflict with the collation.

how can i resolve this? is there a DTS in SQL 2005 express? can i transform
a package to another codepage on the server
so that i can manipulate the databases? i'm very interested - thanks.
