Incomplete results when searching longer ntext fields.

Hello,

I am having trouble searching longer ntext fields using the Like
clause. When I perform a keyword search like the following:

Select  NoteID
>From NoteTable
Where Notes like '%keyword%'

I get incomplete results -- it appears that the search is ignoring
everything in the field after the 400 character mark. I have no trouble
printing the entire contents of the field, just searching it.

Is it possible to include the entire field in my search?
