Support Forum for database administrators and web based access to important newsgroups related to databasesI am trying to run a SSIS job and I keep getting the same message - Unable t o start execution of step 1 (reason: The SSIS subsystem failed to load [se e the SQLAGENT.OUT file for details]; The job has been suspended). The step faile d. The job works fine if I run it in integration services. Any idea? Any more information I can provide?
Post Follow-up to this messageWhat are the details in the SQLAGENT.OUT file? That should hopefully provide you with more information on what is wrong with the job. -Sue On Tue, 24 Jan 2006 09:24:06 -0800, COHJSF <COHJSF@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: >I am trying to run a SSIS job and I keep getting the same message - Unable to >start execution of step 1 (reason: The SSIS subsystem failed to load [s ee the >SQLAGENT.OUT file for details]; The job has been suspended). Post Follow-up to this messageNo that doesn't say much but I think you need to look more for issues related to the subsystems, not the job. If there is nothing in the Agent log and nothing in any of the logs to tell you why the SSIS subsystem is not loading, I don't have any idea what the problem could be. -Sue On Mon, 30 Jan 2006 07:12:28 -0800, COHJSF <COHJSF@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: >Doesn't tell me anything... > >2006-01-24 09:00:10 - !
