scheduled dts suspends...

Hi

I've got 2 jobs and a problem with one of them. Both jobs import data from
.dbf tables into sql server, the working one copies 4 tables, the second
copies over 10 tables and it suspends to infinity when it's run as a job in
SQL Server Agent. The problem occured few weeks ago when we re-installed
Windows, SQL-Server etc. on server. For more information - DTS runs "from
hand" very vell, also, sometimes it works fine when run as a job (on average
once a week). What may be the reason?
