Problems after SP3a was installed on SQL 2000 Cluster Server

Hello everybody,

We have installed SP3a on SQL 2000 Cluster Server on 24th Feb. The Integrity
Check and Optimization Jobs have run successfully yesterday. However, today
we have experienced the errors mentioned below. The 4th error has occurred
many times. The "Select * from the concerned table in the 4th error" has
completed without any error. Please provide with your valuable help and
suggestions. Here are the errors which have occurred:

1.
Error: 823, Severity: 24, State: 2

I/O error (bad page ID) detected during read at offset 0x000000832ae000 in
file 'D:\Microsoft SQL  Server\mssql\data\te
mpdb.mdf'..

2.
Error: 625, Severity: 20, State: 3
Cannot retrieve row from page (69:283031) by RID because the slotid
(2047931168) is not valid..

3.
Error: 625, Severity: 20, State: 3
Cannot retrieve row from page (26:290760) by RID because the slotid
(866457008) is not valid..

4.
Error: 8908, Severity: 22, State: 6
Table error: Database ID 8, object ID 1378103950, index ID 0. Chain linkage
mismatch. (1:216192)->next = (1:239755), but (1:239755)->prev = (1:239754)..
