MPS Deployment tool problem

Help!

I am in the process of installing the (consolidated) hosted messaging
solution. The MPS tool was fine until the step DWSPV.21; then all of a sudde
n
it has trouble starting. As soon as I start, there is an exception saying
:failure reading server data". The installation is half way through and I
don't know what to uninstall if I wanted to go back. I am not able to
uninstall the things I installed with the MPS tool. Is there a command line
tool to do the same thing?

In the session history, it seems to be looking for some LDAP data that is
not there:
