Merge replication
We migrated to SQL server 2005.
On a database, we have a merge publication with 15 subscribers ( CE ) in
test.

A want to deploy more users. Now the replication don't work : it takes more
than 2 hours and seems to replicate thousand and thousand of lines.

Tough to suggest the resolution without knowing more about the problem.
You'll have to look for the exact errors and post those.
