Support Forum for database administrators and web based access to important newsgroups related to databasesWe are planning to upgrade our production SQL Server from 2000 to 2005 Standard 64 bit. My development machine runs Windows Xp and Sql Server 2005 Developer edition (32 bit). Would I be able to register the production 64 bit database in my 3 2 bit Server Management Studio ( using New-> Server Registration)?
