sa Vs sysadmin login
is there a difference in the previleges of 'sa' login and other login
with 'sysadmin' role (and 'db_owner' for all databases) ?
can they do the exact same things ?

Re: sa Vs sysadmin login
sa is a member of the sysadmin role, so there's no difference.
Microsoft recommends that you don't use the sa account anyway - Books
Online says it's there for backwards compatibility only. See "System
Administrator (sa) Login" in BOL.
