Service pack 4 for SQL Server 7.0

Hi,

I am trying to patch my SQL 7.0 server with SP4, but when I run the setup
program and enter the SA password, the installation process sits on the
"Validating password, please wait" screen.

This server has never been patched before.

Please help!
