SQL Server installation is either corrupt or has been tampered wit
Lately, when I boot up my system, I get the error message: "Your SQL Server
installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with (Could not open
SQLEVN70.RLL). Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem.
OK button."

After some searching, I find that changing the computer's name causes this
error, but I HAVE NOT changed the computer's name...ever.

Also, I DO NOT have Outlook or Business Contact Mgr (BCM) installed on my
system. I use Outlook Express and have Microsoft Works only.

Can anyone help me? I'd love to resolve this error message.
